How We Started

Living Water Home Health and Hospice, operating under the name Rosetta’s Life Hospice, was established out of deep compassion, personal experience, and a steadfast commitment to providing quality end-of-life care. 

This agency was founded in loving memory of Rosetta B. Jobe, a remarkable woman whose grace, strength, and unwavering spirit left a lasting legacy on her children, along with various family members. Her family, along with her devoted son who cared for her during her final days, experienced firsthand the profound impact that love, dignity, and quality care can have during life’s most delicate moments. From that sacred experience, Rosetta’s Life Hospice was born—a name that not only honors her memory but also serves as a daily reminder of why this mission is so important.

Our name, Living Water, reflects our core values: renewal, peace, and compassionate support at every stage of care. We believe in treating every patient and family with the same love, respect, and attentiveness that Rosetta received.

At Living Water Home Health and Hospice, our team is dedicated to walking alongside patients and families with empathy, excellence, and reverence—just as one son did for his beloved mother.
